Shipping and Return Policy

1. Shipping Areas
MaxoRize delivers within the European Union. Although we are technically capable of delivering to all EU member states, actual sales availability per country depends on the official sales launch as indicated on our website. Please note: we do not deliver to customers in the state of California (USA).

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, package weight, and order type. Shipping costs within the EU are automatically calculated based on DHL rate zones and the delivery address. The price shown during checkout is always final.

3. Delivery Times
MaxoRize ships from our fulfillment centre in Ridderkerk (the Netherlands) via DHL. The indicative delivery times within the European Union are as follows:
• Netherlands / Belgium: delivery usually next business day
• Germany: 1–2 business days
• Other EU countries: typically 2–5 business days

These are indicative delivery times. Actual delivery time may vary.

3a. Order Processing (cut-off time)
Orders placed and confirmed on business days before 22:00 (CET) are processed on the same day and handed over to DHL.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not deliver to P.O. box addresses, regardless of the destination country within the EU.

5. Track & Trace
All orders are provided with a track & trace code. You will receive this automatically by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

6. Import Duties and Customs
For deliveries within the European Union, no additional import duties or customs charges apply. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT.

7. Returns & Care+
For returns under warranty or withdrawal, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise determined. MaxoRize only covers shipping costs for replacement devices within the Care+ program.
