1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Right)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the agreement within 30 days after receiving the product without giving any reason. This is more generous than the legally required 14-day cooling-off period.
2. Territorial Restrictions
IMPORTANT RESTRICTION: Returns from the state of California (United States) are NOT accepted. MaxoRize does not sell to California and does not accept returns from this territory.
3. Restriction to Official Channels
The right of return only applies to purchases via official MaxoRize sales channels (www.maxorize.com). Products purchased via unauthorized third parties, marketplaces, or resellers are not covered by our return policy.
4. Conditions for Returns
You may try the product for 30 days. If you decide to return it, the product must be sent back in good, undamaged condition, including all accessories and the original packaging. The original packaging is mandatory, as the product cannot be processed without it.
All returns must first be registered with our customer support. Only after explicit authorization may the product be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Return Process
The return process is as follows:
1. After review, you will receive explicit approval and return instructions.
2. Register your return via the return portal as indicated in the instructions.
3. Pay the return costs and receive your return label.
4. Carefully package the product in its original packaging.
5. Drop off the parcel at a DHL ServicePoint using the provided QR code.
6. Once the return has been received and processed, the full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.
6. Return Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
During the return process, the applicable return costs are paid upfront when creating the return label via the return portal. As these costs are paid in advance, no deduction or settlement will take place, and upon approval of the return the full purchase price will be refunded.
The fixed return costs are:
• Netherlands: €14.95
• Belgium: €16.95
• Germany and other EU countries: €17.95
These fixed fees are determined in advance and cover, among other things:
• return shipping,
• logistical handling,
• administrative processing.
Return costs are only charged if a return label is successfully generated and used.
7. Refund
After receiving and approving your return, we will refund all amounts received, including the original standard delivery costs, within 14 days using the same payment method.
8. Excluded from Right of Return
• Products damaged by the customer
• Products without original packaging
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Orders older than 30 days
• Purchases via unofficial channels
• Returns from California
• Returns that have not been pre-registered and approved
