How does the 15-minute reset work?
The 15-minute reset combines gentle stimulation, heat comfort and red light in a wearable neck device. Select your mode, adjust the intensity, and let the session run while you sit back, work quietly or unwind.
Do I need an app, or is the dial enough?
The dial is all you need to get started. You can control all basic functions directly on the device.
What's the difference between modes and intensity levels?
Modes use different stimulation patterns for different types of neck and shoulder tension, from gentle soothing to deeper relief. Intensity levels control the strength of the stimulation within each mode.
Will it fit my neck size, and is it discreet under a shirt?
MaxoRize is adjustable and designed to fit different neck sizes. Its low-profile design allows discreet wear under most collars or higher-necked clothing.
How should I position the contact pads for best feel?
Position MaxoRize so that the contact pads rest against the back and sides of your neck, never the front of your throat. Make sure the pads touch clean, dry skin and adjust their position gently until the stimulation feels comfortable and even.
How often should I use it each day?
Aim for two 15-minute sessions per day. Fewer sessions are fine; do not exceed four sessions per day. Allow several hours of rest between sessions.
Is the Professional X a medical device?
No. The Professional X is a wellness product for personal comfort and relaxation of the neck and shoulders. It does not replace medical care.
How long does the battery last?
On a full charge, the battery lasts up to five days when used for two 15-minute sessions per day. A full recharge takes approximately 3.5 hours using the included USB-C cable.
How do I clean and maintain the device?
Wipe the contact pads with a slightly damp cloth after each use. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap solution. Ensure the device is completely dry before charging or storing. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Are there any side effects?
Most users experience no side effects. Some may notice mild tingling or slight redness at the contact points, which typically subsides quickly. If you experience any discomfort, reduce the intensity or discontinue use.
Can I use it while exercising?
We recommend using the device while seated or lying down in a relaxed position. It's not designed for use during active exercise or physical activities.
What if I have a pacemaker or medical device?
Do not use this device if you have a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator, or other electronic medical devices. Consult with your healthcare provider before use if you have any medical conditions.

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union. Availability of sales per country may vary depending on official launch dates. We do not ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, or the state of California

What is your return policy?
Try MaxoRize at home for 90 days. Not satisfied? Contact support@maxorize.com within 90 days of delivery to arrange your return. We will send you a free return label. Return the product and its accessories in the original packaging. Once we receive it, we will refund the full purchase price. You pay no shipping or return costs.
What warranty applies to the Professional X?
A two-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. See the warranty terms. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's tracking portal.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Please contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will work quickly to find an appropriate solution.
